Terms and Conditions for St. Patrick’s Party & Leprechaun Crawl

I understand that my business is participating and must…

  1. Feature a specialty cocktail – the featured brand of spirit is TBD and will be shared with participating locations after sign up. (The name and price of your drink must be sent to jenna@360eventproductions.com no later than FEBRUARY 18, 2026.)
  2. Allow anyone with a Leprechaun Crawl Pass access to your bar.
  3. Not charge Crawlers cover and provide them preferential treatment.
  4. Hang promotional posters around your bar.
  5. Share and tag the event on your Facebook and other social media sites at a minimum of FIVE times leading up to the event beginning on Feb 1. Each post must include ticket links.
  6. Remain open for the duration of the crawl.
  7. Have adequate staff to serve thousands of people during the crawl.
  8. Keep your bar on theme by adding such things as decor, music, entertainment, etc.
