Terms and Conditions for Participating in Santa Pub Crawl
I understand that my business is participating and must…
- Feature a holiday themed cocktail made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. (The name and price of your drink must be sent to jenna@360eventproductions.com no later than Nov 12, 2024.)
- Have a Stella Special.
- Have 300 Holiday Cookies to pass out to Crawlers. (Not prepackaged, i.e. Oreos, Chips Ahoy, etc.) A member of your staff will need to pass the cookies out to the crawlers and punch their crawl passes. All crawlers get one punch on their crawl passes from your location. Punches can be done when handing out cookies, which again will need to be someone from your staff. (Hole Punches will be provided to each bar and collected at the end.)
- Allow anyone with a Santa Pub Crawl Pass access to your bar.
- Not charge Crawlers cover and provide them preferential treatment.
- Hang promotional posters around your bar along with placing out promotional cards on tables. (Posters and Cards will be provided.)
- Share the event on your Facebook and other social media sites at a minimum of three times leading up to the event. Each post must include ticket links.
- Remain open for the duration of the crawl (8pm-12am).
- Have adequate staff to serve thousands of people during the crawl.
- Keep your bar on theme by adding such things as decor, music, entertainment, etc. All added elements should be communicated to jenna@360eventproductions.com in order to be included in promotions.
