Terms and Conditions for Participating in Cinco Block Party & Pub Crawl
I understand that my business is participating and must…
- Feature a specialty cocktail – the featured brand of spirit is Hornitos and will be shared with participating locations after sign up. (The name and price of your drink must be sent to jenna@360eventproductions.com no later than April 12, 2024.)
- Have a Modelo Special.
- Allow anyone with a Cinco Block Party Crawl Pass access to your bar.
- Not charge Crawlers cover and provide them preferential treatment.
- Hang promotional posters around your bar along with placing out promotional cards on tables. (Posters and Cards will be provided.)
- Share and tag the event on your Facebook and other social media sites at a minimum of three times leading up to the event. Each post must include ticket links.
- Remain open for the duration of the crawl.
- Have adequate staff to serve thousands of people during the crawl.
- Keep your bar on theme by adding such things as decor, music, entertainment, etc.
