Terms and Conditions for Participating in 80s vs. 90s Halloween Party & Pub Crawl
I understand that my business is participating and must…
- Allow anyone with a 80s vs. 90s Pub Crawl Pass access to your bar.
- Not charge Crawlers cover and provide them preferential treatment.
- Hang promotional posters around your bar along with placing out promotional cards on tables. (Posters and Cards will be provided.)
- Share the event on your Facebook and other social media sites at a minimum of three times leading up to the event. Each post must include ticket links.
- Remain open for the duration of the crawl (6pm-11pm).
- Have adequate staff to serve thousands of people during the crawl.
- Keep your bar on theme by adding such things as decor, music, entertainment, etc. All added elements should be communicated to jenna@360eventproductions.com in order to be included in promotions.
